 August 2008: Deep-Sea Anglerfish for ONS 2008
The Monkey recently made some short animated squenses of a deep sea anglerfish (the type that comes with its own lantern) for a video for presentation film for Statoil Hydro at the ONS 2008 exhibition in Stavanger. The film, produced by Octaga is to be screened on a huge screen (50 feet wide) and the anglerfish appears a few times throughout the film, to lighten the mood. The clip here is a tentative film, hopefully the Monkey will get a better one up, once everyone's back from ONS. |

 July 2008: Updated Showreel
The Monkey has finally updated his showreel. In addition to a new combined one, the Monkey has also made three shorter reels, one for digital 3d work, one for traditional 2d work and one for the work done on the television series Halvseint |

 June 2008: Halvseint Work Reel
From April 2007 to June 2008 the Monkey has done work for the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK) on the animated television series Halvseint. The series, screened at the offical selection in Annecy 2008 and nominated for Gullruten, ran for 11 episodes. The production was fast paced with 6 animators making a little less than 4 hours of animation in a little more than a year. Here is a small sample of the work the Monkey did on the show. |
